Oyster Mushroom at the Traffic Light

Capsicum is an excellent source of carotenoids which lavish you with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. It is also exceptionally high in Vitamin C which you can forget about your Vitamin C supplement. The sweetness of the capsicum will make you fall in love with them.


Serve: 2

Difficulty: Super Easy

Cooks in: 10 minutes

Igredients:

1 red capsicum (sliced)

1 yellow capsicum (sliced)

1 green capsicum (sliced)

1 cup oyster mushroom (sliced)

1 clove garlic (chopped)

1 tbsp olive oil

Himalayan pink salt, to taste

​Method:

1. Saute the garlic with olive oil in medium heat.

2. Then, add the sliced capcisum. Saute until slightly soft.

3. Add the mushroom and cook until mushroom is soft.

4. Season with some salt.

5. Enjoy when it's hot.
