Difficulty: Super Easy

Ingredients:
2 cup bread flour
1/2 tspn salt
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tspn (5g) instant yeast,
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, yeast and salt. Make a well at the centre and pour in the water and olive oil. Bring together into a dough. When the dough has just pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. 2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest until it is double in size (about 30 minutes). 3. Turn the dough out on a lightly dusted surface and knock it back. Fold in the green apple. Flatten the dough into a rectangle. Roll up the dough and place into 9x5" baking tin lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the rest of the green apple on top of the dough. Cover with damp cloth and let it rest until it risen 1 inch above tin (about 30 minutes). 4. Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven to 230°C and place a baking tray at the bottom. When ready to bake, place the loaf in the oven and steam by adding cold water to the tray. After 15 minutes, reduce temperaure to 200°C and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove baking tray and bake loaf for another couple of minutes, until the bread is golden and sounds hollow when the base is tapped.
5. Remove loaf from oven and let it cool down before slicing.
