Green apple, Walnut and Raisin Soy milk Oatmeal

Oatmeal has been trusted for years to be able to bring down the cholesterol. But it doesn't have to be the same old boring oatmeal everyday, spiced it up with some fresh fruits and nuts. You will love your oatmeal more after trying this recipe.


Serve: 2

Difficulty: Super Easy

Cooks: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oat meal

2 cup unsweetened soy milk

1 medium green apple

2 tbsp roasted walnut nips

2 tbsp raisin

1 tspn honey

Methods:

1. Cook the rolled oat in soy milk for about 5-8 minutes.


2. Then scoop the cooked oatmeal into a bowl. Arrange cut green apple then sprinkle the walnut and raisin. Lastly, drizzle the honey on top of all.
