Mixed Herb Salmon served with Mashed Potato and Garlic French Bean
Salmon, an excellent source of high quality protein, but it is the content of Omega-3 that receive the most attention. Study shows that eating salmon while pregnant and nursing can boost learning capability in children. So encourage your kids to eat more salmon as it helps to build children's brains.

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillet (150g each)
2 medium potato (peel and cut into chunk)
2 cup french bean
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1/2 tspn mixed herb
Himalayan pink salt (to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
1. For mashed potato, steam potato with a steamer until tender (about 20 minutes). When it is soft, mash them with a masher or a fork and season with some salt and 1/2 tbsp olive oil.
2. Saute the garlic with 1/2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat, then add in french bean and saute until tender.
3. Season the salmon with salt and mixed herb then pan fry with 1 tbsp olive oil until golden brown on each side (about 3 minutes each side).
4. Serve on a plate and garnish with some cherry tomatoes.
