Pumpkin Cauliflower Chicken Soup

Having blurred vision? This soup is packed with Vitamin A which can help to improve your eye sight. For people with low immunity, it can help to boost your immune system by increasing your Vitamin C intake. Besides it is high in fiber to help in weight control.

Cooks in: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 skinless, boneless chicken thigh

3 cup cauliflower

1 cup pumkpin (diced)

1 cup carrot (diced)

0.5 cup celery (diced)

1 clove garlic (crushed)

4 slice ginger root

0.5 tspn Himalayan pink salt

2L water

Method:


1. In a pot, bring water to boil. Then add in all the ingredient into the pot.


2. Bring to boil then simmer with medium heat for about 25 minutes.


3. Enjoy it while it's hot.
