Banana Oat Chewy Cookies

Looking for a healthy snack recipe? Here you are. Banana oat chewy cookies, which is definitely low in calorie but high in fiber to help in losing weight. It is also exceptionally high in potassium which can help to lower your blood pressure. Banana is high in tryptophan to make you happy for the rest of the day, while oatmeal is good in maintaining healthy cholesterol level. This chewy cookies taste better after a few days storage. Bake a batch and store in an air-tight container, they can last for up to a week.

Ingredient:
1 cup banana (mashed)
1 cup quick rolled oat
1 cup soy pulp
0.5 cup walnut (coarsely chopped)
0.5 cup raisin

Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 150°C.
2. Mix and combine all ingredient in a bowl.
3. Divide the mixture into 18 balls and shape them into flat cookie shape.
4. Lay them on baking tray with baking sheet.
5. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.
