Sweet Corn Oatmeal Smoothie
This sweet corn oatmeal smoothie is not only packed with phytonutrient which is excellent in promoting good health, it is also high in protein and relatively low in carbohydrate which is a good combination that won't cause a spike in your sugar level when digested. Therefore it is a diabetes friendly smoothie. This smoothie is also high in potassium, thus helps in maintaining a healthy blood pressure.

Ingredients:
0.5 cup Fresh sweet corn
1 cup Unsweetened soymilk
2 tbsp Quick rolled oatmeal
1 tspn Unsweetened dried cranberry
Method:
1. Put all the ingredient in a blender and blend for about 10-15 seconds (depending on the texture of smoothie you prefer).
2. Serve chilled
