Blueberry cheese oatmeal

I'm a blueberry cheesecake lover. But having blueberry cheesecake in the morning for breakfast is not a wise choice. Therefore, I came up with this idea of having my healthy version of blueberry cheese 'cake'. This overnight oatmeal is just the prefect breakfast which will make you smile after every spoonful in your mouth. The rolled oat, chia seed, almond and soy milk will keep the natural sweetness of blueberry jam from spiking your blood sugar at bay. So guys, this oatmeal is much more healthier than those highly processed 'healthy' cereal you bought from store. Give it a try and I'm sure you will be wanting to serve it as dessert as well.

Serve: 2

Difficulty: Super Easy

Ready in: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

0.5 cup Rolled oat

1 cup Unsweetened soy milk (or milk)

Method: 1. In a glass jar, pour in the rolled oat and soy milk, then refrigerate overnight.

2. The next morning, mix in the blueberry jam, chia seed and cream cheese.

3. Top with almond nuts before serving.
